WHAT WE DO:Assessment – posture, body composition, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness & flexibility Personal training Specialised training- pregnant women, diabetics, obese individuals, cardiac patients Rehabilitation- amputations, joint replacements, spinal problems Endurance training for cyclists and runners Cardio-respiratory testing (ie. VO 2 and lactate testing) Corporate wellness- full body assessment (as above), cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose levels. We can also use the assessment as a team building exercise as it can include endurance, speed, agility and power testing Cycling workshops
